Acting as the consultant project management lead to support the client side team for the delivery of 30 LA Fitness to PureGym fitness club conversions, situated across London and the wider UK.
The client's requirements were to convert and open the gyms in rapid time making an exciting yet extremely challenging project which was delivered successfully.
Responsible for the management of the consultant delivery team consisting of three others.

Responsible for the co-ordination of all third-party consultants (Architects, ecologists, flood risk, landscape, traffic etc.) whilst acting as the first point of client contact throughout the process.

In 2015, Itac's main mixing facility suffered significant fire damage, resulting in major loss and disruption to the business.
Working alongside insurers, Stage 1 involved the conversion of an existing onsite storage area into a temporary mixing facility to get the business operational as quickly as possible.
Stage 2 involved the design and complete re-build of the existing fire damaged warehouse from the ground up to restore Itac to pre-incident production capacity and more.

Acting as project manager and site based team leader of six for the delivery of a £30 million investment programme to the Hattersley estate.
Overseeing the upgrade of circa 1,200 homes, providing new kitchens, bathrooms, rewire, windows and doors, heating and external treatment works.
